Your initial investment depends on store build-out, equipment, and signage. Our dedicated franchise team will provide a detailed breakdown of these costs based on your specific location and unique shop situation.
The initial franchise fee is $30,000. The ongoing royalty fee is 6% of gross sales, and the marketing fee is 1.5% of gross sales. These fees support the systems, training, distribution, and brand development that power your store's success.
Your agreement lasts for ten years with two five-year renewal options. This structure allows you to build a successful long-term business while serving the pets and Guardians in your local community.
Most shops open within six to twelve months of signing. This time includes finding your location, completing the store build-out, finishing your training, and preparing for your exciting grand opening day.
We partner with real estate experts to find locations that meet our space and lease requirements. Our goal is to secure the best possible spot for your shop on great terms.
Our training covers nutrition, store operations, and marketing. It includes online courses, classroom sessions, and hands-on experience. You also receive ongoing coaching and access to our mentor program to ensure success.
