Orders & Delivery
Yes! We offer free local delivery within a 2km radius of any of our Pet Planet locations. Orders will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery is free within a 2km radius of any of our Pet Planet locations with no minimum order! A flat shipping fee applies of $10 outside the radius. However, if you're part of our loyalty program, you may qualify for free delivery with a minimum order!
Yes. You can place your order online and choose in-store pickup at checkout. We'll have it ready for you when you arrive.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. In store, we also accept cash.
We accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Bring your receipt or we can look up your purchase through your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Both in-store and online purchases can be returned to our store.
If the product packaging states "100% satisfaction guaranteed," yes. Otherwise, opened products may not be eligible for return or exchange. If you're unsure, bring the product in and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to be happy. If you’re not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging. Some exceptions apply.
Yes, most of the time. We stand behind the food we sell. If your pet doesn’t like their new food, you can return the opened bag (with at least 75% of the food remaining) for a store credit or an exchange for a different formula. We call it our “Happy Pet Guarantee.”
Yes, all items marked as clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at kingwest@toronto.petplanet.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item, and we will make it right immediately.

We call it our Certificate of Trust. Our team meticulously researches every brand and reads every ingredient label to ensure it meets our high standards for wellness, quality, and ethical sourcing. If we wouldn’t give it to our own pets, we won’t sell it in our store.

Yes, we have a wide selection of frozen raw, freeze-dried raw, and dehydrated raw food for both dogs and cats. We believe in the benefits of a raw diet and carry only the most trusted brands.
We prioritize Canadian-made and locally sourced products whenever possible. Many of our food, treat, and gear brands are based right here in Canada, and we love supporting the businesses in our community.
Grooming
We offer a full range of professional grooming services, including breed-specific cuts, baths and blowouts, de-shedding treatments, nail trims, teeth brushing, and puppy’s first groom packages. We also have a self-serve dog wash station.
You can book an appointment online through our website or by calling the store directly at (437) 916-9005. We recommend booking in advance, as spots fill up quickly!
Grooming prices vary based on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, and the specific services requested. Please visit our Grooming page for a detailed price list or call us for a personalized quote.
A typical grooming session lasts between 2 to 4 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate time estimate when you drop off your pet.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Yes! Our Pet Planet Loyalty Program lets you earn points on every purchase, which you can redeem for discounts on future orders. The more you shop, the more you save.
We do! You can subscribe to your pet’s favourite food and treats and have them automatically delivered on a schedule that works for you. You’ll save 5% on every subscription order and never have to worry about running out of food again.
You can sign up in-store with one of our team members or create an account on our website. You’ll start earning points on your very first purchase.

We are open 7 days a week. Our current hours are Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday-Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
